If you open the materials, follow the stated quick-start process in good faith, and believe the educational value does not meet what was promised, email support@markzmarketing.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
Refunds are granted at our discretion for genuine dissatisfaction with educational content — not because you failed to achieve income results. Refund approval terminates your license to use the Products. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent denial of access and account restriction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiveToClose and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or Products at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Products ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@markzmarketing.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
